Eligibility: Anyone can participate. There are no age, location or gender restrictions. Contestants are only allowed to participate once, if more than one participation by the same participant is submitted, they’ll be automatically disqualified.
Terms and Conditions of participation: Participants must register to Digital Surf’s webinar: What’s coming in Mountains® 9, taking place on May 6, 2021. The participant is informed and agrees that the information entered in the registration form will prove his identity. The participant authorizes Digital Surf to use their name and email address, for the purpose of managing their participation in the contest, of determining the winners and of allocating and forwarding the prizes. Any incomplete or erroneous participation will be rejected, without Digital Surf’s liability being incurred.
Digital Surf assumes no responsibility for errors, imprecisions or inaccuracies in the information provided by the participants. Digital Surf shall not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the prize by a Participant.
Method: Participants must be registered to Digital Surf’s webinar: What’s coming in Mountains® 9, taking place on May 6, 2021. The first 50 registrants will be designated winners (There’ll be 10 spots available per day, from April 20 to April 26, excluding the weekend). The winners will be notified by Digital Surf via email before May 1, 2021. The winners will have a maximum delay of 15 days from receipt of this email to send the information requested for delivery of the prize (shipping address). In case of a lack of response after the established period, Digital Surf will select another winner.
Prize: The winners will receive a Mountains® 9 exclusive gift. The winner undertakes to accept the prize as proposed without any possibility of exchange.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from the validity, the interpretation or the performance of these contest rules, if not amicably settled, shall be governed by French Law and settled by the competent Court of Besançon (France).
